Stonehill students should use the form below to register overnight guests to campus.
An overnight guest is defined as any individual who is visiting a residential student on campus after 8:00 PM on any day.
All guests must be registered so that we may provide each guest with a campus access credential to be presented at the gatehouse, information about parking and campus attractions, as well as details on the College's current guest policies. Registration of guests also contributes to the well-being of our campus community by providing important and timely information to our campus safety teams.
Upon completion of this form, your overnight guest(s) will be provided with a credential via email that will authorize their access to campus. All overnight guests must present this credential to our gatehouse attendant upon arrival to campus, and it should remain accessible to them throughout their visit.
